We’re so committed to your long term satisfaction that we’ve developed a list of benefits that come with every Used Car we sell. We call it the Ken Harvey Advantage, and it’s why you can relax and buy with confidence.

3-DAY “NO HASSLE” EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your new Used Car. So, if you buy a vehicle from us, you can exchange it within a 3-day period if you find that it’s just not right for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the vehicle in the condition in which it was purchased and pick-out another pre-owned vehicle from our inventory that better meets your needs. Naturally, any difference in price will have to be reconciled and financing is subject to bank approval. This offer is limited to the vehicles on hand.

30-DAY OR 1,000-MILE LIMITED WARRANTY

We want you to buy with confidence. Which means we stand behind the cars we sell. Even though we complete a thorough inspection and reconditioning of every Used Car we offer for sale, any pre-owned vehicle is subject to hidden problems once they hit the road. Which is why we take the risk out of buying by offering our own 30-Day / 1,000-Mile Limited Warranty. We’ll pay 100% of the parts and labor costs to repair any covered system that fails during that warranty period. Your protection begins the moment you buy your Used Car and extends 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. Please ask us about additional exclusions.

Systems covered:*

Engine – All internal lubricated parts, timing belt, pulleys and cover, oil pump, water pump, manifolds, harmonic balancer, engine mounts, turbocharger housing, internal parts and vanes. Note: cases, housings, engine block and cylinder heads are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internal lubricated part.

Transmission Automatic/Transfer Case – All internal lubricated parts, torque converter, vacuum modulator.

Transmission Manual/Transfer Case – All internal lubricated parts. Does not include manual clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearings, pilot bearing or bushing, clutch master or slave cylinders.

Rear-Wheel Drive – All internal lubricated parts, propeller shafts, supports and U-joints, axle shafts and bearings.

Front-Wheel Drive – All internal lubricated parts, axle shafts, constant velocity joints, front hub bearings.

NOTE: a $100 deductible applies to each repair visit. (See agreement).

FREE CARFAX REPORT

Buying a Used Car is a great value. Most have years of reliable driving ahead of them, but are significantly less expensive than when they were new. However, they also represent some risk, so it’s best to buy from someone you can trust and to do your research. We help by providing a free CarFax report with every car we offer. We do that because we want you to know everything we know about the car you’re buying.

Here’s what your CarFax Vehicle History Report will cover:

GUARANTEED CLEAN TITLE

When you buy a Used Car, you want to be sure you can become the legal owner. If the title — or ownership paperwork — is not clear of any liens or other obligations, you may pay your money but NOT get your car. That’s right, if the person selling you a Used Car isn’t the legal owner — even if they think they are — you could end up losing that car. But not when you buy from us. Part of our partnership with CarFax is that we provide you with a guarantee that your title is clean.

PROFESSIONAL VEHICLE INSPECTION

Most of us can’t spot mechanical problems, let alone potential mechanical problems. That makes it very difficult to assess the true value of a Used Car you might be buying from a private party or other, less meticulous, dealership. However, every one of our cars has been professionally inspected by a factory-trained Service technician. If our tests or visual inspections indicate anything that might be a problem, we take care of it before that vehicle is even available for sale. We’re your professional “extra set of eyes” to help you make the best choice possible.

FREE EMERGENCY TOWING SERVICE

We don’t anticipate anything happening to your new Used Car that would require a tow truck, but we go that extra step to show you how confident we are in our cars. If, at any time, a Used Car you purchased from us breaks down or is unsafe to drive, we’ll provide free towing within a 20-mile radius of our dealership to our Service Department.
